Assist in enrollment of qualified program patients for Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, AIM and Cal Kids. Comply with all State and Federal Plan Regulations that apply to this position. Will provide membership services function to our enrolled patients and recruit new patients. S/he will complete all paperwork necessary for enrollments, sign-ups, conversations and follow-ups. Will assist and support the health care team to improve customer service in the clinics and in any area functions as deemed necessary. S/he will perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsREQUIREMENTS: Must have a pleasant and professional representation of the corporation. Mature judgment, tact, discretion and confidentiality are mandatory. Must be knowledgeable of computers and Bilingual (Spanish/English).OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a dependable automobile with insurance and a valid California driver’s license. Must submit to and pass a drug test and a criminal background clearance as a pre-condition for employment.QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma OR GED and a minimum two (2) years of experience in marketing, customer service and/or clinical setting. Must be certified as Application Assistant (CAA) or in the process of being certified as an Application Assistant (CAA).
