Performs guest relations in Main Lobby. Projects a good customer service image to people who come in the Hospital. Assists in translation services within the hospital. Performs community relations and performs a positive customer service to the community. Must have excellent communication skills. Medical terminology/knowledge required. Basic computer skills. High School diploma required. College degree preferred. Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.
