As a Patient Access Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, duties include entering and updating patient information in EMR system, patient scheduling, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate staff.

Patient Service Representative Requirements:
2 year’s Patient Access Rep experience in a Medical or Clinical environment Medical Call Center experience Bilingual: English and Spanish is required EMR: EPIC is required Microsoft Office experience preferred (Word & Excel)
