REQUIREMENTS:Experience required (one or the other – both are preferred)Selling home services Working experience in the field of residential paintingValid driver’s license and insuranceAbility to pass background checksReference(s) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Overall – a determined focus on expanding and developing our customer baseCall prospects who have contacted us to pre-screen, schedule, and attend bid/estimate appointmentsKnow, understand, and offer our services that solve their needs and wantsCount and measure architectural/building features in order to accurately estimate painting production costsCreate an accurate proposal of work to share with customers as their contract and coworkers as the scope of workEducate and communicate our value proposition so they understand why our premium service is worthSome targeted prospecting in and around the communities in which we workSystematic tracking of details and stay in touch with prospects and customers through different stages of business Schedule:Typical working hours are 7 am – 4 pm Monday – FridaySome late-day / after-hours appointments, depending on customer needs Benefits:Commission.
