Outside sales representative needed for rapidly expanding, award-winning creative company located in Houston, Texas.
We have been in business for over 35 years, and our client base ranges from Fortune 50 companies to individual store owners.We are looking for a talented, commission-driven (uncapped commissions) outside sales professional to help us develop new customer relationships with design, web solutions and print.
Responsibilities include growing the business through prospecting, cold-calling and B2B consultative selling in addition to building long-lasting relationships with customers.
Average first-year compensation at plan is $60,000, but the sky is the limit.
Tenured reps well exceed that number.Duties and Responsibilites:Create and grow sales (primary function of the field/sales rep).Build and sustain strong client relationships.Develop new business by contacting companies within our geographic area.Communicate with the sales manager and work closely with the sales manager to accomplish established goals.Must have the ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.Must be self-motivated and goal oriented with a proven track record.
