JOB DESCRIPTION If you have an outgoing personality and a lot of personal drive, turn those attributes into a successful, high-earning sales career with Stratus Building Solutions.

You will meet with business owners in a variety of industries –
– from healthcare to retail, corporate offices to independent businesses –
– to show them how our LEED-compliant, Green Seal Certified cleaning and disinfecting services can help them achieve a cleaner, healthier environment for their customers and employees.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Make at least 50 calls per day to solicit new business (in-person canvassing and other marketing methods may also be required).

As an Outside Sales Rep, you must be highly motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills.
1-2 years B2B sales experience.
Janitorial experience not required but helpful.
Excellent persuasion skills.
Ability to adapt and change direction quickly.
Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
Skilled in MS Office and CRM use.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance.
Must live in the Southern California area Ability to pass background check.
