The Sales Agent will market and sell cost segregation leads and contracts.Position Objectives:-grow the cost segregation business with existing and new clients-grow the real estate valuation business-Prospect for new leads convert leads to appointments, and close for agreements/contracts.-Prospect through cold calling, direct mail marketing, email marketing, and existing contacts.-Track prospects through CRM tool and provide contact reports to management.-High level of communication with clients.-Grow company business and national and local market share.-Develop and foster expert knowledge regarding national and local market trends.Skills Needed:-Minimum of (5) years cost segregation sales experience plus real estate experience.-BA in business or real estate industry related degree-Impeccable, persuasive sales skills.-Excellent phone skills.-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-Competitive mindset-Strong organizational skills.-Willingness to learn scripts and dialogue and adapt to new cultures and trends.Compensation – Salary plus bonus based on production and team productivity.Experience:Five Years Cost Segregation Experience + Real Estate Experience: 1 year (Required)
