TDW+Co has one immediate opening for a Senior Account Executive in our Los Angeles office (temporarily working remote). The job is a full-time position.

 

You: As a Senior Account Executive, you have a passion for diversity and thrive in the fast-growing ad agency environment, with years of client management experience under your belt. You also like to work hard and don?t mind putting in some extra hours if needed to get the job done. You?re a natural multitasker?able to meet deadlines, focus on the big picture as well as details, and handle various functions. People depend on you and trust you to take initiative. You?re up for traveling for client/campaign management and are skilled at communicating with clients and colleagues.

 

Your background includes:

  • At least five years? advertising agency account or relevant professional experience
  • Dynamic personality and exceptional client relationship skills
  • Resilience, flexibility and eagerness to try new approaches
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Optional, but would be a huge plus if you are bilingual

 

Your job would include:

  • Serving as TDW+Co?s lead contact on large and complex client campaigns and client leads
  • Managing campaigns and client accounts, including budget, research and analysis, strategy, decks and reports, and execution
  • Providing strategic guidance on key industries and serving as the cultural expert on key subject matters on client accounts
  • Leading internal agency team and client kick-off meetings to set project expectations
  • Leading, nurturing, and furthering the development of existing client relationships and accounts
  • Leading project teams with staff members from all departments including Creative and Media to fulfill and execute campaign tactics, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Mentoring and developing Accounts team members to further professional growth
  • Working close with and reporting to Managing Director
  • Performing competitive market research, analysis, and recommendations on specified business development opportunities
  • Supporting proposal development and RFPs in writing and determining scope of work and budget
  • Managing partnerships with various multiethnic groups
