MILEY + MOLLY is a Junior/Young Contemporary women’s clothing line.
We have a wholesale showroom/store located in Downtown LA’s Fashion District (inside the San Pedro Wholesale Mart).
We are looking for sales-driven fashionistas that want to sell what they wear.
The candidate must be familiar with the type of clothing we sell.
We are looking for go-getters, goal-driven sales people that will properly represent our line to our loyal buyers.With foot traffic in the wholesale districts slowing, the transition has been made into sales being done over the phone, email and most recently through our own websites.
The job will require the candidate to be flexible as they will be expected to handle both walk-ins and customers over the phone/or email.The ideal candidate will have CRM/or previous sales experience in the Fashion District.
We want to help people look/feel good (all the while getting paid), do you?Duties: Engage customers and create relationships with them to maintain the highest level of customer service.Handling basic customer service while displaying a positive attitude needs (might have to listen to client complaints and escalate as appropriate/necessary)Personally showcasing our products on a daily basis to our customers, understanding their shopping needs and helping them to find products that meet those needsWork with management to share new ideas and suggestions to assist colleagues, improve customer retention and increase overall store performanceMaintain appearance of the store’s interior and exterior to company standards including light maintenance duties and cleaning.
Gotta’ keep a clean work area!Constant contact/followup with the assigned buyersWeekly data entry, updating products into our sales channelsMILEY + MOLLY has customers from all parts of the world, speaking another language is always a plus!Ecommerce experience a plus!We have a company policy where all new hires must go through a 3 month long probation period.
Pay is set at $15.00 for the first 3 months, then if a full-time position is offered, the opportunity to earn commission on top of normal pay will be presented.
