Job Responsibilites Define our foundational RTB (Goal Setting, Planning, & Tracking) and scale it to meet the needs of a dynamic organization Lead evolution and maturing of our goal setting by driving alignment on approach, process, and tooling, with alignment to broader PubSec Goals and Objectives Partner with the Legal and Compliance to continue to mature and run the Pub Sec Compliance Program.
Partner with HR to connect on performance management plans and compensation plans, support supplemental compensation Demonstrate innovation and agility with a focus on relationships while solving our most critical business and operational challenges Meeting efficiency and cadence Communications to team and additional stakeholders Preferred Candidate Experience Experience working closely with a variety of cross-functional specialists and leaders Passion and knowledge translating high-level strategy into a trackable set of goals and metrics Keen understanding of data and analytics in an enterprise software company Experience leading a team through some ambiguity, while building alignment and accountability, in a matrix organization Demonstrated positive track record in driving enterprise wide transformation and scaling A willingness to learn and to innovate best practices for maximum impact and application Ability to set up, organize and evangelize process changes Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building and developing relationships Understanding software sales, professional services sales, services delivery and customer success Clearance preferred
