Melissa Levinson has been a Los Angeles-based designer for over 20 years.

She branched out to open Melissa Levinson Antiques, with a collection that includes antiques from around the globe, pillows made from antique European textiles, antique architectural elements transformed into useful items such as lamps and headboards, and upholstered furniture.

Her Showrooms have doubled in size and so has her need for enthusiastic professional team players that can be part of her growing business.Responsibilities include but do not limit to the following: Performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.

Assists owner and management by sorting mail, filing, answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling meetings, help list items on various websites and restocking supplies.

Light dusting and cleaning.

Excellent customer service is a must, organizing the inventory, merchandising, dusting and tagging items.

Staff needs to be mobile.

We have several showrooms within the 4 mile radius and depending on the events of the week mobility may be essential.Customer service experience required.Cashier experience is required.Computer Skills required-(Microsoft Word, Excel)Quickbooks experience a plus.Photography skills a plus.Weekend availability is a plusSome college preferred.Spanish Bilingual preferredNo antiques experience is ok.Job Type: Part-timePay: $16,000.00 per yearExperience:Customer Service: 3 years (Required)Education:High school or equivalent (Required)License:Driver’s License (Required)Language:Spanish (Required)
