A London Fashion Week designer at the age of 26, her flagship Elle B Zhou boutique is synonymous with all things luxury featuring her namesake brand alongside a tightly curated selection of brands from around the world.Scope:We’re looking for a full time time experienced luxury sales assistant who is also able to work with our custom clients in an atelier format, working with sketches, fabrics, and customer fittings with the tailor inside the boutique.
The Elle B Zhou boutique is a luxury multi brand store and a one stop shop for our customers.The ideal candidate would be a confident, friendly individual who is well presented and delivers exceptional customer service.
MUST have a background in luxury fashion retail with experience with notable fashion houses and possess superior product knowledge.References required.Must posses experience in the following:Background in Design or ProductionBackground in Luxury Fashion RetailPOSITION REQUIREMENTSFocus on personal development incorporating individual development plansWork with boutique manager to set goals based on relevant KPIs PlanEnsure consistent messaging and constant information flowProactively address and resolve employee issues in a professional manner and in accordance with Elle B Zhou standards, policies and proceduresReport Atelier performance to senior management/ and or ownerOversee and ensure compliant inventory movement by ensuring the accurate & timely processing product received, testers received, and POS transactionsAssist in shipping private clients their orders from the boutiqueWork directly with manufacturing partners for custom boutique ordersRetain brand information on various luxury brands in the boutiqueComfortable will selling fine jewelry, RTW, and Couture, kids and accessoriesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAssist with client fittings; record fit notes/photos, communicate pattern corrections to Head Designer and seamstressesArchive photos, sketches and other elements of design processHave a good understanding of garment construction to properly advise custom clientsPossess knowledge of various fabricsExperience in retail including: operations, merchandising, sales and stock activitiesEnsure customer service is of the highest standards at all timesMaintain store visual standards as well as back of house standards at all timesDrive sales and minimize returnsBe knowledgable about the brands and products we offerMeet and exceed daily and monthly sales goalsIdentify and meet customer needsBuild lasting relationships with Elle B Zhou customersMust be extremely organized and have an eye for detailMust be flexible (weekends required)*Please only apply if you can provide references and have the relevant experience required*Job Type: Full-timePay: From $21.00 per hourBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekendsSupplemental Pay:Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:All customers in the boutique are required to wear a face maskEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Fashion Industry: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location:One locationWork Remotely:No
