We are seeking a Lead Full Time Sales Associate to help us make a splash in our hometown as we open our first retail location here in Los Angeles!

As a Full Time Sales Associate you will also be a keyholder.

The ideal candidate will be an ambassador of our brand.

As a member of Joybird’s Retail Sales team you will be focused on delivering the best possible overall customer experience.

As the first-responding front line of Joybird, dedication, professionalism, communication, self-motivation and a strong sense of empathy are essential qualities in an ideal Joybird Sales Associate.

What You?ll Do: * As a Key Holder you exhibit an aptitude for managerial responsibilities.

This position is responsible for opening and closing the store and performing other duties in the absence of management.* Oversee the sales floor in periods of high volume and provide support for new employees.

In addition, you will ensure the store is clean and organized.* Learn and become an expert on the full Joybird catalog and provide style advice and product recommendations to suit a customer?s unique needs.* Assist our leadership team to create programs and initiatives to make our customers?
