This is a field-based position, based in the Los Angeles Metro area.
We are seeking an Area Sales Representative, for our client’s Lab Equipment product line.
You will be responsible for traveling the region, providing labs a unique product offering.
This is a salaried plus a generous, uncapped commission plan.
Life sciences experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities: * Manage CRM and sales pipeline, over phone, web, and in-person* Perform needs assessment, diagnose vulnerability and offer solutions* Manage existing accounts as well as prospect for new business* Keep up on industry trends and networking events* Travel locally and occasional overnight travel* Work under the supervision of Area Sales Director Qualifications: * BA/BS Degree Required* Previous experience in B2B sales* Familiarity with technical sales and/or field-based sales is a plus* High emotional intelligence and strong work ethic* Strong organizational skills This is with a client of TESA Talent.
