Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as a 1099 Independent Representative, you don’t have to leave your current position. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling financial products and services to individuals and families, helping them achieve their financial goals. As an independent representative, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work independently, while enjoying the benefits of a supportive network and a reputable company.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell financial products and services you are licensed for, including life insurance, investments, and debt management solutions.
Generate leads and prospects for new clients through various channels, such as personal networking, referrals, and community outreach.
Conduct thorough financial needs analyses for clients to understand their goals, assess their financial situation, and provide tailored recommendations
Educate clients on products and services, explaining the features, benefits, and suitability for their individual needs
Attend regular training sessions, meetings, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and personalized service.
Collaborate with other representatives and leaders to share best practices, and strategies, and support each other’s success
Requirements:
** MUST PASS FEDERAL BACKGROUND CHECK **
1. No experience in sales or finance is necessary. We will provide in-house training and if you
don’t have a current license we have a 32 hour classes available.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
3. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks and manage a client pipeline.
5. Ability to work independently, while also being a team player and collaborating with colleagues. 6. Proficient computer skills and comfort with using technology for client management and communication.
7. Must have a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one (if required by state regulations).
