ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Contact KB Home buyers by phone and email to offer homeowners insurance or dwelling fire products for home loan closings.* Offer and quote flood insurance as requested.* Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum high school diploma or equivalent* Active State of California Property and Casualty Insurance license* Non-resident P&C licensed in other states helpful* 3-5 years” experience in insurance agency sales environment or call center* Strong and effective interpersonal and telephone communication skills* Strong sense of customer service in fast paced sales office* Good organizational skills* Computer literate, proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel* Homeowners, Dwelling Fire and Flood Insurance Knowledge Find out why KB Home is attracting and retaining the best employees!
