Versa Products, Inc. is a high-quality manufacturer of computer tables, desks, lighted mirrors, fitness equipment, and a variety of other furniture made solely in the United States. Currently, Versa Products is seeking a highly motivated and talented inside sales representative to participate in our inside sales program’s growth.
The inside sales position requires a combination of inbound and outbound selling. This candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a call center environment and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties And Requirements
- Minimum two to five years of inside sales experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- General understanding for customer service and help improve customer satisfaction
- Have an excellent phone demeanor and the ability to close sales on the spot.
- Must have worked in some type of CRM System; HubSpot experience is preferred but not required
- Great communication skills.
- Detail-oriented
- Must be able to work the day shift, with occasional weekends.
- Be accountable for sales numbers and quality management of the support process.
