Inside Sales Representative

Job Description Business Profile: We are a fashion forward apparel company with great culture, awesomely talented team, super cool office with a fun and creative atmosphere. We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to generate leads, closing new business, and growing existing business. The Inside Sales Representative will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email and webinar. This position is in-person work in Torrance, CA and remote work. Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain and grow existing accounts, develop and foster new business. ‪Call accounts regularly to discuss seasonal collections, business trends and capture at once re-order business. Evaluate sales data to find opportunities for additional product placement. ‪Educate and inform accounts on the brand, news, events, specials, etc. Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches. Meet or exceed sales goals & budget on a seasonal and annual basis. ‪Accurately and thoroughly complete sales reports in a timely manner. Evaluate and suggest accounts for growth and market strength. Increase company presence at relevant trade shows (conduct research, complete necessary registrations and participate). Conduct product presentations via video meetings with existing and prospective customers that demonstrate benefits and advantages. Coordinate with customer service and warehouse teams on special handling for group orders. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on assets required to generate additional leads and to close on existing leads. Communicate and coordinate with the outside sales team to maximize benefits of ongoing sales efforts. ‪Assist in marketing with accounts on a seasonal basis. ‪Attend sales meetings as necessary. ‪Other duties as assigned. ‪ Requirements : Proven ability to meet and exceed specified sales quotas and revenue targets, prospecting and developing new and existing accounts, and growing strategic relationships. Must have substantial knowledge of apparel and the fashion industry. ‪Experienced with call cycle management and proven follow up skills. ‪Excellent organizational and reporting abilities. 5 years sales experience, preferably in apparel/fashion industry with demonstrated experience growing market share. Ability to handle multiple projects and work in an open, creative environment. ‪Ability to prioritize daily, weekly and monthly workload. Working knowledge of the industries we serve is required. ‪ Education & Experience: 5 years sales experience, preferably in apparel/fashion industry with demonstrated experience growing market share.
