Inside Sales Representative

Primary Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to existing customers to understand their needs and provide assistance with product details and specials.
Prepare and present quotes for lighting fixture projects, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing.
Read job schedules and cross items as needed.
Maintaining a database of open projects.
Demonstrate product knowledge and expertise by effectively showcasing the benefits of ELCO Lighting fixtures over competitors’ products.
Requirements:
3+ years of Sales experience.
Strong passion for sales and a proven track record of success.
Located in Los Angeles- full-time, in-office only.
Demonstrated grit and perseverance to overcome challenges and achieve sales targets.
Familiarity with LED lighting and its applications in the industry is a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience. A minimum of 3-5 years of Sales experience is required for this position.

Pay range: $17 – $25 /hr
