Inside Sales Coordinator

Role Purpose and Duties

Responsible for nurturing and growing an assigned portfolio of small accounts, identifying opportunities, and supporting the overall team with administrative duties related to sales team.

To maintain and exceed outbound phone calls, emails, and social media post requirements in order to proactively drive sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
Agency Portfolio – Professionally represent our collection of brands; Uniworld, African Travel, Luxury Gold, U by Uniworld, Insight Vacations and Red Carnation Hotels.

Nurture relationships and maximizing sales potential with their assigned accounts.

Provide upcoming promotions, online training and support agencies to achieve revenue and passenger goals.

Identify group opportunities.
Sales Support: Coordinate, participate in and support sales activities organized by sales management such as;
Robust utilization of Sales Force, updating, documenting, cross referencing relevant details of sales activity.
Provide agency service relating to all aspects of experiences, policies and procedures.
Responsible for maintaining and updating client records and lists in SalesForce, including notes regarding group business, and other potential opportunities or changes.
Provide consistent feedback to Manager of Partner Services on issues and/or suggestions that are frequently requested.
Ad Hoc projects such as competitive analysis, and/or other sales related projects, as needed.
Point of contact for trouble shooting and resolving travel agent log in issues for MTP and trade websites.
First point of contact for all questions and requests for TA discounts, VIP bookings and charitable donations.
Maintain and administrate the brand Specialist/ Training Program which includes questions and technical/website support
Support Administration of webinars/Go-to-meetings
Other duties as assigned to best support agency sales and the brands.

Qualifications

Employment Experience:

Sales and travel related skills preferred.

Technical Skills:

Must be proficient in Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Communication Skills:

Must possess excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Vision Requirements:

Vision correctable to 20/20 with reasonable, accommodation required.

Ability to look at a computer monitor for long periods of time with reasonable accommodation required.

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation preferred.

Able to sit for long periods of time and use a computer mouse and keyboard for long periods of time with reasonable accommodation required.

Other Skills & Requirements:

Sales and Marketing experience is desirable.
