Independent Sales Representative

XIA is women’s fashionable and functional active wear and apparel.

Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Los Angeles, California.

XIA designs and produces both national and private branded apparel for leading retailers throughout the United States and Canada.

Our products range from cutting edge fashion to value essentials, all featuring the highest in quality and dependability.

XIA Active has functional fit, and is fashionable.

We are looking for a competitive Independent sales representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients.

The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.

The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.

As an outside sales representative, or sales agent, they will also research sales competition.

Qualifications required:
We would like 3-5 years sales experience selling to retail stores, but not required.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, preferably in business or marketing.

However, applicants with solid sales experience will be considered.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to sell at all decision-making levels.

Self-motivated person who can exceed goals and revenue expectations Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity and meeting deadlines Flexible, and able to quickly adapt to new situations
Available to travel up to 50% of the time is a must.
