You set the pace and bring those around you along on the journey to advocate for the field, engage and partner with CX, and help define the GTM strategy.
In this role, you will join the Incubation Sales & CX Interlock team as a Services Sales Specialist. You will be part of a global team of Incubation Services Sellers who are the first to bring new CX Services offers to market. You will be tightly connected with the CXPM offer team and Sales on growing Success Track and accelerating the evolution of our services portfolio. We are in the midst of a major portfolio and sales motion evolution. This role is crucial to representing the field’s needs first with the Specialists and then more broadly to the generalist population. We are looking for someone who can influence and drive growth, who is skilled in consultative selling, and can clearly communicate needs across our many stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about being tip of the spear with the new CX offers, is comfortable leading through ambiguity and change, and wants to drive crucial change across Cisco’s Services business.

Basic requirements include:
A Bachelor’s Degree is required with 8+ years’ related experience
Experience with Cisco’s Services sales motions (support services and advanced services)
Led market initiatives and programs, ideally business development or sales
Experience with bringing and selling new offers to market, including offer incubation
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
