(afterinc.com), a global leader in the warranty services industry, is seeking an Inside Sales Supervisor to lead the QuickSuite Inside Sales Team.At After, Inc.

we provide predictive analytics, data-driven marketing strategies, reporting, and program administration to some of the world’s top brands to help transform their warranty and service contract products, driving customer satisfaction post-purchase, higher product reliability, deeper brand equity and additional revenue / profit opportunities.

To further expand and support these efforts, we developed the QuickSuite platform, a modular solution designed to work at each stage of the warranty chain; Registration, Extended Warranty, Claim filing, Insights and Renewal.Job Responsibilities:Execute QuickSuite sales strategy to acquire new clients through a combination of networking, cold contacting, and marketing effortsManage the full sales cycle from identifying future clients to closing deals that result in long-term relationshipsIdentify opportunities to promote brand such as conferences, trade shows, trade publications and online resourcesOversee inside sales supervisor/teamWork closely with marketing team to coordinate sales and marketing campaigns and follow through effortsAchieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals as outlined by Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Executive Management TeamMaintain database of contacts, pipeline and communicationsAct as lead and brand champion for QuickSuite of products
– be the expert and advocateWork cross functionally with members of the product, marketing, client management and IT teams to improve the productContinuously educate yourself on the latest digital and advocacy best practices in the warranty spaceJob RequirementsDriven SaaS sales leader with a history demonstrating the capacity to meet/exceed goalsAbility to communicate to both technical and non-technical prospects and clientsLead generation experience in B2B SaaS sales using the phone, email, and social media platformsResults-driven self-starter who is persistent and highly motivated to generate leads and increase revenue despite rejectionExcellent verbal and written (email) communications skillsProficient with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and WordMust have experience with CRM, Seamless AI, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other leading sales engagement platformPreferred Qualifications:Has several direct connections to potential clientsSmart, motivated, creative, constant learnerSociable personality, confident speaking with contacts at all levels including C-level, and able to make a great first impressionBA/BS degree or equivalent experienceExperience in warranty/insurance industry
