About this opportunity:As a Strategic Growth Account Executive, you will support the Market Access team with implementation and execution of growth initiatives and strategies, provide management of accounts and territory planning, and be accountable for achieving targeted KPIs.
The Strategic Growth Account Executive will provide on the ground support towards the achievement of maximum growth in line with the company vision and values for business unit initiatives.This individual will also be responsible for developing their individualized plans for patient referral growth and retention.Interested candidates must be willing to travel within the greater Los Angeles area.
Reporting lines:As the Strategic Growth Account Executive, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Strategic Growth and indirectly into the US Skin and Benign Team Your direct reports:None Reporting lines and direct reports may change from time to time in line with the requirements of the role.
Key areas of support required from the role:Development of growth strategies, and action plans for identified accounts and targets that are clearly defined by objectives, goals, and measured outcomesAccount planning, development, and contract negotiationsConduct accurate forecasting and achievement of targetsExecutive PresentationsStakeholder EngagementCommunications, internally as requiredProgress Reporting at Management Meetings Your key responsibilities:Working within the Global and US Skin and Benign Team and relevant Subject Matter Experts to ensure access is being provided to patientsMeet regularly with Subject Matter Experts and support with implementation reporting, identifying key discussion topics and decisions neededIdentify growth strategy risks and issues, managing and escalating where appropriateResponsible for monitoring, and communicating progress against agreed milestones and KPI deliverables in a timely mannerCollaborate on overall companywide growth tactics and strategic framework and plans to secure new referralsUndertake market share analysis to enable implementation-related decision making and staying abreast of industry trends and competitionDevelop communication and communication strategies to effectively engage stakeholders as and when appropriateSupport all key project team members to deliver on project objectivesMeasure outcomes to enable identification of effective deliveryEstablish strong working relationships within the US and Global Skin and Benign Team, Service of the Future Team, US Ops Team, and Radiation Oncology Teams US.
