For more information, please visit n n We are currently seeking a full-time Fleet Salesperson to oversee the B2B (Fleet) Sales in their assigned region.

The location for this position will be in Los Angeles, California.

The position will be required to frequently travel to customers within their assigned region to develop and manage new and existing relationships with fleet customers.

The Fleet Sales position will report to the Senior Manager
– Fleet.

The role will be responsible for managing the B2B/outside sales of their assigned region, meeting sales quotas, increasing fleet opportunities, and closing sales.n n Requirementsn Achieve fleet volume sales targets on a commercial level within assigned region.

Develop B2B sales strategies for assigned territory and execute strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer lead targets.

Maximize assigned region’s growth and potential across all fleet sales channels byn Building the top of the sales funnel through lead generation.

Communicating effectively with B2B customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, or in-person).

Managing B2B sales leads, responding to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answering questions.

Maintaining an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business and nurturing existing customer relationships.

Scheduling appointments & meetings with interested B2B customers.

Generating reservations, LOIs, and orders from customers.

Following up on inbound B2B leads as they arise from retail location, website or calls.

Delivering exceptional customer service to provide an amazing experience throughout the sales process, and offers continued support to businesses that own ElectraMeccanica Vehicles.

Identify, develop, and manage relationships with region-wide prospects that need future electrification of fleets.

Identify and manage commercial marketing opportunities such as tradeshows, events, and conferences.

Manage existing client and prospect communications on a regular basis to ensure clients/prospects stay warm and are actively engaged.

Develop key customer insights and use cases for product development.

Work closely with Sales Management team to provide timely client status updates and sales goals.

Develop and maintain relationships with small to mid-size businesses, while funneling larger clients to Senior Manager
– Fleet.

Collaborate with team members to ensure that all department goals, processes, and procedures are aligned.

Coordinate with retail locations on lead capture for Fleet opportunities.

Partner with Sales Managers to coordinate test drive and demos for prospective Fleet customers.

Manage the company’s CRM systems and ensure systems are up to date with appropriate client information.

Maintains a positive, professional, polished, and customer-centric attitude.

n Working Conditionsn Frequent travel to Company facilities, client locations, conferences, test drive events and any other locations related to Fleet opportunities (80%-90% work-related travel required).

May be required to work in outdoor or indoor spaces and events.

Occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds.

n n Skills / Knowledge / Experience / Education Requiredn 10+ years related experience in sales or account management, customer service.

Minimum of five (5) years in automotive or B2B sales.

Minimum of three (3) year of experience in business development or working in an automotive Business Development Center (BDC).

Marketing experience a plus.

Experience with inbound and outbound sales.

Self-starter

High Level of Computer Literacy including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Possesses a valid driver’s license.
