We would expect this role to transition to work from our global headquarters in Oak Brook, Ill., just 20 miles west of Chicago, later this year.
Job Summary This role will be responsible for engaging with LiftMaster’s Partners to ensure their success with connecting end users to MyQ, Amazon Key for Garage Delivery, and for developing the skills necessary to be successful selling other connected products and connected services.
The role will provide feedback and insights to business stakeholders for developing additional training tools and play books.
Role will deliver success metrics related to Partner success with MyQ/Delivery and connected products and services.
Job Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree* 2-3 years of Field Sales experience* Strong understanding of Sales life cycles and the impact of effective Sales Enablement on those life cycles; ability to effectively assess and overcome customer concerns and create a win-win outcome; strong results orientation with a proven track record of flawless execution and attention to detail; strong technical background for engaging with connected products & services and affinity for consumer home automation and related products and services* Ability to travel within North America up to 70%Additional Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or another business decision* Service experience a plus* Agile experience a plusJob Responsibilities * Conduct visits with LiftMaster Partners (customers) and/or channel partners, coordinating with Field Sales team members when necessary, to engage and educate them on CGI’s Connected Products and Delivery Services* Participates in training of LM Partners (customers) to ensure engagement, competency and effectiveness in promoting Delivery, subscription services and connected products* Act as a conduit back to the Delivery team, Sales Operations, and other CGI strategic objective stakeholders* Responsible for driving Partner (customer) success measurements related to Delivery, subscription services & connected products* Act as CGI’s field expert on Delivery, selling subscription services and connected products; executing the established playbook to enable CGI’s Sales team and channel partners to sell these services* Gather and provide insights to assist with mapping sales methods against LiftMaster Partner’s (customer) adoption process to understand and define what skills, knowledge, process and tools are required by the sales force to drive increased sales effectiveness for subscription services and connected products* Conduct detailed analysis of LiftMaster Partner’s (customer) current skills, processes, and knowledge to identify strengths and areas for development* Contribute observations and insights to sales playbooks based on business strategy, seller feedback and shifting market demands in order to better enable Sales team to sell subscription services and connected products* Lead efforts to gather data in order to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of developed materials across all sales stages* Protect CGI’s reputation by keeping information confidential* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies* Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as neededChamberlain Group is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
