Fashion Trade Show Sales Representative

Established in Spring of 2000, Sweet Rain entered the fashion market offering stylish, contemporary, and high quality clothing to customers globally. As a fast-growing fashion wholesaler we are seeking a talented and motivated Wholesale Sales/Merchandising Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Wholesale Sales/Merchandising Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing orders, and assisting with merchandising activities. Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including order processing, invoicing, and customer service. Attend all Trade Shows Assist from start to end on organizing for all trade shows Sample prepping for trade shows Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including order processing, invoicing, and customer service. Manage and maintain accurate records of all orders and inventory levels. Collaborate with the merchandising team to plan and execute product assortments. Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product selection and pricing. Assist with the development of sales and marketing materials, including line sheets and presentations. Communicate regularly with customers to provide order status updates and address any concerns. Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and industry news. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, business, or related field. Proven experience in a sales or merchandising role, preferably in the fashion industry. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with sales and merchandising tools Experience in Women’s Clothing Wholesale Sales & Trade Shows is a plus
