Signarama, the world’s largest sign franchise, is seeking experienced, sign-industry customer service/inside sales representatives for our team serving Santa Monica, West Los Angeles and the South Bay.

The Inside Sales Representative
– officially Client Accounts Specialist (CAS)
– is a key role within a Signarama location.
The CAS is the in-house representative for our clients and is responsible for ensuring client branding requirements are fully met by ensuring complete and accurate information from sales to production, on-time progress and excellent ongoing communication with clients.
.Requirements:
MINIMUM two years experience in inside sales or customer service
A warm, friendly, caring demeanor
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
Ability to keep track of many projects multi-tasker and organized
Excellent communications skills
Professional demeanor and appearance
Confidence and comfort with learning new software
Experience with Zendesk a major plus
Sign Industry Experience a major plus
