As a result, our CSRs prospect to true enterprise companies, nationally, from day one.

As a CSR, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle
– prospecting, developing relationships, conducting needs analysis, value, and product demonstrations of our platform, and negotiating and closing contracts.

You won’t be limited to a small territory, which impacts your ability to earn.

nn nn nn nn Scope of Responsibilities nn nn nn Drive net new business by presenting the TicketManager value proposition to decision-makers at SMBs and Global 2000 businesses Generate outbound interest and build honest relationships and genuine rapport with potential customers Help potential customers discover unmet needs and how we can deliver Own, manage and drive the full sales process Shadow experienced team members during the sales process and learn to run enterprise deals from inception to close
