Enterprise Account Executive

Job Description Description Reality: Worthix’s growth comes from outbound initiatives and intensive nurturing of our existing client base. Challenge: The Enterprise Account Executive performs critical sales functions for Worthix, driving revenue through new logo sales, add-ons, and renewals and enhancing the value of Worthix in the market. This role will have “lifetime” responsibility for each account closed and will build vital relationships within the account that allow us to spread Worthix across multiple parts of the customer. Impact: This role works at the core of growth and interacts with many parts of the organization, including Sales Development, Customer Success, Marketing, Accounting, Legal, and the Executive Team. Key Responsibilities Core responsibilities for the Enterprise Account Executive include target account research, prospecting, discovery calls, initial meetings, demonstrations, proposal development and delivery, negotiations, and contract signature. The role also includes proper communication and teamwork across the organization, particularly with team resources assisting in a sales process. The Enterprise Account Executive is also responsible for proper reporting, including timely updates in CRM (Salesforce), Leads Management System, forecasting, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other reporting as required. The position requires a team-oriented effort and must be a positive addition to the culture of Worthix through teamwork, attitude, and a willingness to help where needed. Day to day activities for the Enterprise Account Executive includes sales functions such as prospecting, negotiating, proposal development, account research, and account relationship development as well as internal responsibilities such as working with the CES team on customer kickoffs or issues, working with legal to complete the contract signature. Account targeting, as well as research, will be critical, as will prospecting and negotiating. The typical day will also include updating the CRM system and other reporting functions as necessary to provide complete information to the other Worthix teams and leadership. Skills Knowledge and Expertise Must-Have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Five (5) years of Enterprise SaaS Sales experience, with experience in Marketing Research, MarTech, Data Analytics, or other CX products preferred Willingness and skills to prospect, ability to demonstrate software remotely and in person, and a strong desire to create a great company. Must be a team player and be willing to help other team members when possible to help increase sales. Must be flexible and willing to try new things throughout all aspects of the sales cycle. Must be able to win new logos, then build relationships with the customer to increase usage and sales throughout the lifetime of the customer. Creativity, a sense of adventure, and a willingness to have fun while tackling a very serious job. Nice-to-Have Training in MEDDICC, Challenger Sale, Miller-Heimen, or other Enterprise Sales methodologies. Experience selling into the Marketing, Customer Insights, or Customer Experience teams.
