Enterprise Account Executive

nnOur client, an established and profitable innovator in employee recognition and growth software that integrates with virtually all HR SaaS platforms and will soon be hitting 10-digit yearly revenue, is looking for a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to come on as a 100%-remote direct-hire covering the Southern California territory.

This company is well-established on the Eastern Seaboard and Central US but they’ve only just begun to tap into the West Coast market, and this person will be one of two of their first hires specifically focusing on SoCal.

This person will sell into 10k+ employee organizations with the support of various sales and marketing staff including a dedicated solutions engineer for the SoCal team.

This client would prefer candidates who have prospected to senior/executive HR leadership, selling high-ticket software with complex and long sales cycles.

Experience selling HR or related software is a huge plus.nn nn n nn nnThis is an excellent opportunity to join an established leader in their space, which offers a very strong base and total yearly comp, uncapped commissions, benefits, and other perks!nn nn n nn nn n nn nnResponsibilities:nn Day to day management of all sales activity for assigned accounts Meet or exceed personal sales quota Meet with prospects to identify their requirements and needs Drive feedback and bring insights from client meetings and internal meetings to help close deals, help the company scale, and drive higher client retention Collaborate with assigned Inside Sales Rep and work together to align on account/prospect research and strategy Continuously provide strategic plans for developing your territory Execute complex sales and effectively manage the sales process and activities Drive revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies Maintain up to date knowledge of current and upcoming products, HR industry, and those of competitors Effectively engage sales resources: Solutions, Product, Marketing, and Executive teams on the development and execution of customer account plans Help maintain a sales culture of innovation, determination, imagination, and respect by living up to those values daily nn n nn nn n nn nnRequirementsnn 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in enterprise software Experience selling into large organizations of over 10,000 employees Impeccable presentation skills Highly strategic, interpersonal, and analytical in nature Ability to communicate with customers in a clear, memorable, and inspirational way Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Experience building out a territory and creating new business opportunities Highly collaborative, team player, positive attitude nn nn
