Our Kansas City, MO office currently has an exciting opening for an eMRO Data Entry Represtative.

The eMRO Data Entry Represtative will support the activities of the Medical Review office by completing data entry of various drug screening documents.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Maintain the processes required for compliant medical review, and assist in the resolution of issues related to that process.

Work closely with the MRO vendor, clients, clinicians, and other eScreen employees to ensure documentation accuracy and time efficiency for all results requiring medical review.

Coordinate receipt of source documents with the MRO data entry; resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data on the documents under review.

Perform extensive follow-up with the client and other co-workers to assure completion of review in a timely manner.

Perform data entry of drug screen document information in a timely and accurate manner.

Place outbound calls to clinic providers as needed to request additional information and/or secure corrective memorandums.

Manually enter drug screen result information.

Respond via email to internal inquiries.

Handle escalation requests for document entry.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING Required High School degree required Call center experience strongly preferred Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).

Data entry experience in a high-volume, batch-oriented environment is preferred.

Prior drug testing knowledge is preferred.

Federal DOT drug testing regulation knowledge is preferred.

Ability to understand and explain general collection, laboratory, and medical review procedures is preferred.
