We also manufacture a line of reusable plastic containers sold to the consumer market under the Nalgene brand name.LPD operates with four key businesses: Controlled Temperature Technologies (CTT), Growth, Protection and Separation (GPS); Water and Lab Products (WLP); and Laboratory Plastics Essentials (LPE).This position is remote in North America.How will you make an impact?This role will have responsibility for delivery of profitable revenue growth and customer satisfaction via digital channels for Laboratory Products Division (LPD).

Through close connection with the LPD Commercial organization, the ideal candidate will enact strategies to drive new customer acquisition and retention through digital channels in North America and be the single point of contact for the commercial organization.What will you do?Drive overall revenue in NA for the base business as well as eNPI revenue to meet/exceed annual target.Develop data driven strategy to acquire and retain new customers on and further to nurture and expand our share of wallet with repeat customers.Provide training to North America commercial organization to ensure commercial team is familiar with capabilities of in order to drive commercial advocacy.Develops and execute on promotional tactics to drive eCommerce revenue working with regional sales leaders to support their strategy and coordinating with business unit stakeholders.Providing support for commercial organizations in interpretation of eCommerce revenue data.Support customer escalations on related issues.How will you get here?EducationMinimum education requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.ExperienceDirect and channel commercial experience in laboratory sciences or related field and/or managing/selling into relevant segment (pharma, biotech, academia).Experience in commercial support functions such as field/regional marketing, sales operations, commercial excellence is a plus.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesComfortable working in a matrix environment with many stakeholders with differing priorities.Must be customer centric.
