Customer Success Representative On-site Customer Success Representative (Brand Ambassador) Job Description Pied is hiring energetic customer success representatives (Brand Ambassadors) who are passionate about innovative technology About Pied Parker Pied (“Pied Parker”) is a rapidly expanding, innovative, mobility technology company based in Silicon Valley. Using computer vision and edge technology, Pied specializes in creating a touch-free parking experience for parkers and delivers powerful analytics to parking facility operators. Our revolutionary platform is a critical element in the future of the parking industry and mobility services. Pied can replace or enhance existing parking equipment while delivering comprehensive revenue and access control. About the Position: Pied Parker is launching our technology at a major university hospital located near downtown Los Angeles during the first week of August 2022 and is seeking customer success representatives. The representative’s goal is to generate brand awareness and excitement for Pied while supporting new and existing users on-site. You will embrace customers with varying degrees of technical expertise or provide basic information about Pieds technology and its benefits. You will also need to be able to adapt your delivery of information based on the individual’s comfort level and provide clear and concise information to parkers, passengers, and other visitors. This opportunity also has the potential to become a full-time member of the Pied Parker team Representative requirements/qualifications: Experience and skills in marketing and/or sales Great team player Strong leadership characteristics and good time management Warm and engaging personalities, interested in serving our customers Good professional communication skills: in-person, by email, and by phone Technical understanding of smartphones and an ability to learn technology quickly Role & Responsibilities: Act as an onsite brand ambassador to inform and aid in the process of onboarding new users. Aid in establishing Pied Parker as a recognizable brand Follow up with interested parties in-person and electronically to provide online support for anyone having issues with Pied technologies and apps Post-shift reporting and analysis using daily journal entries Daily/Weekly debrief of work and performance updates Compensation Contracted position with the potential for full-time lead ambassador role $18/hr – $25/hr depending on experience
