Job DescriptionJob Title: Customer Contact Center RepresentativeReports To: Operation Development SupervisorGroup: Operations Customer Contact CenterThe CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Contact Center Representative. The Customer Contact Center Representative will serve as the front line of support for the company via phone, fax and e-mail. You will become a member of a hardworking, enthusiastic, and dynamic team of representatives. As a member of this team, you will field a variety of calls ranging from simple website registration login questions to providing technical support for multiple software applications.Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax.Additional Primary Responsibilities:Answer a high volume of calls on a daily basis.Assist customer with website and software navigation.Pre-screen phone calls for legal hotline attorneys.Follow up with customers via email in a timely manner.Continually learn about Association programs and communicate them accurately to customers.Complete special projects for the department as necessary.Minimum education required.High school. Bachelors degree preferredMinimum Experience RequiredMust have demonstrated experience dealing with a high volume of incoming callsSkills RequiredMust have a high level of computer literacy and proficiency on MS Word, Outlook, Windows and Internet ExplorerAbility to learn new software quicklyExcellent verbal and written communication skills and type 40 wpmCommitment to outstanding customer/member serviceIntermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Excellent oral and written communication skills, and outstanding customer service orientation.Ability to function effectively in a variety of challenging situations and circumstances, including difficult project deadlines, demanding customers, tight budgets, and evolving goals and objectives.Ability to work effectively with co-workers, customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner.Excellent work ethic and attendance.Consistency in giving feedback regarding work progress, timetable and issues.The Customer Contact Center Representative will be able to use Core Required Software ApplicationsMS WordMS ExcelMS OutlookHiPath ProCenter phone systemMS Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Knowledge BaseRapattoni (Customer Database)MS Internet ExplorerEpicor (Product Order Intake, Research Orders)Magento Management System (C.A.R.
