Cosmetics Sales Representative for Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics (servicing Nordstrom full-time )
Location: Los Angeles CA (The Grove / Americana)
Due to increased growth of our company within the luxury retail sector, we are currently seeking an Account Coordinator to join our expanding team of sales super stars! This position will be responsible for servicing our counters in Nordstrom.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain relationships within our retail partners at department, store and regional level
– Follow and implement training plans as provided by company
– Occasionally travel interstate and to regional areas as required
– Utilize make up artistry and demonstration skills to achieve sales
-Assist in building clientele for the brand within retailers
-Maintain high level of product and industry knowledge
-Demonstrate strong understanding of retail math and sales planning
– Complete weekly, monthly & quarterly reports as required
– Achieve retail sales objectives and plans as set by company and retail partners
– Demonstrate accountability and strong leadership qualities at all times
– Ensure a high level of customer service is provided by setting the example
Requirements:
– MUST have department store experience.
– Leadership and/or management experience in retail is strongly preferred.
– A proven track record of success in retail sales is required
– Ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, passionate and willing to learn
– This position requires your own vehicle, valid driver license and your own insurance.
