This individual will work with a small, dedicated team to support our efforts with our national accounts, such as Target, Walmart, Urban Outfitters, and Barnes and NobleHere you’ll get to:* Communication of New Release Set-Up to AEC and AMS* Facilitate New Release Set-up forms for Target, including DPCIs, Launchpad, and IMN* Communicates inventory levels and revenue to the labels and internal WMX/ADA sales* Oversee title visibility at Walmart.com, Target.com, BN.com, and various indie dot-coms* Manage order entries at Bandcamp* Coordinate VAS orders for Urban Outfitters* Upload shortages, damages, overstocks for Ingram (Monthly)* Tracking orders on an as needed basis* Maintain our customer and sku specific data* Produce Account Specific Reports for Target and Walmart (internal use)* Maintain Account Deal Files for AEC* Learn and utilize our internal Sales and Inventory Systems specific to Warner Music Group
– (Web Tools, Business Objects, Tableau)* Cross-functional tasks to support wider team when needed (examples below)* Backup
– Work on production and revenue projections around Holiday Titles* Backup
– Liaise with our Rights and Release department on customer event programs* Backup
