Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Collections Representative job in Greensboro NC Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract Length: 6 months Pay: $19/hr Shift/Hours: t raining hours are 8am
– 5pm M
– F for the first 4 weeks.
You must have open availability between the hours of 8am
– 8pm M-F.
Responsibilities for this Collections Representative job include, but are not limited to:
• Requires basic knowledge of the organization, products and/or services
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Some understanding of the Inbound Call Center
• Ability to adapt quickly to change
• Proven ability to meet and exceed productivity and quality monitoring goals
• Excellent PC skills
• Must be a team player
