We will count on you to:
Convert active leads into sales and solicit participation for compensation and benefit surveys.
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and internet inquiries that may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
Conduct needs-based assessment to identify the right product(s) for clients and prospects.
Leverage internal connections and resources to provide answers and resolve client issues.
Adapt to Oracle based systems to process client and product order information.
Represent the client service team on internal projects by participating in meetings and communicating relevant information and tasks to the team.
Provide support for other internal functions as needed during times of high activity.
hat you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; Associates degree with 3 years of experience is acceptable Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, written, interpersonal and business communication skills Good problem solving and judgment capabilities with strong initiative Ability to effectively and accurately manage multiple tasks and projects, with a sense of urgency, and in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
