Channel Partner/Account Executive – Communications Solutions/Payment Solutions/Revenue Cycle Management

The position is responsible for executing strategies with channel customers to develop solutions, lead go-to-market initiatives and drive business opportunities that support revenue and growth with the channel and their customer base.

The role is responsible for supporting and executing on the fiscal year plan by collaborating with management, sales, expanding market share and significantly reducing attrition.

The role will align closely with all shared services stakeholders across Change Healthcare and will be an expert and trusted subject matter advisor representing the CPS/ Communication and Payment Services business internally and externally to channel customers and providers.

The PCE will develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure CPS/ Communication and Payment Services achieves the above goals and objectives.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

The PCE is an independent thinker and can make informed, calculated decisions The role will be responsible for identifying key areas of opportunity within channel customer and their customer base, with the ability to proactively execute based on a combination of facts, market information, competitive information, internal stakeholders within CPS and across Change Healthcare Has the ability to challenge ideas and opportunities, consider all opportunities and risks, aligning with the strategies of CHC The PCE must be able to proactively provide analysis to customer opportunities and gaps, resulting in action plans towards such The PCE must identify, assess, and develop action plans around risk mitigation The PCE must be able to identify opportunities for innovation from activities with channel customers, providers, market knowledge, competitive knowledge, and internal stakeholders.

PCE must be highly analytical and possess the ability to work with large streams of numbers across the customer base The PCE is responsible directly for driving strategy and growth within assigned target customer base.

Maintains accurate tracking mechanisms and analysis, action plans for management insight Ensures all stakeholders are aware and engaged as partners relating the customer and opportunity/risk to provide recommendations on contracting, pricing, complex pricing, new solutions/enhancements, specific customer requirement that affects existing workflows and/or standard integrations Serves as an escalation point for the team on customer concerns and works with all stakeholders to positively impact the customer Communicates consistently with executive management regarding key escalations and priority issues What are the requirements needed for this position?

Bachelor’s Degree required 5 years of healthcare industry experience with payment technologies, print/mail fulfillment, print/digital communications, self-service payment portals Minimum of 5 years healthcare SaaS payment automation sales experience, specific to print/patient statements, pre-payment, electronic payments, claims processing, payment analytics and/or the merchant services/merchant banking space.

A proven record as a strategic account manager/consultant/channel development/sales executive/ healthcare management consultant with demonstrated results in customer growth and retention Demonstrated sales track record, new sales track record & proven quota performance.

Experience prospecting new business opportunities, new market development, and upselling existing clients Experience leading customer executive planning and strategy sessions Experience selling software, services into the hospital market (EMR/EHR, Revenue Cycle Management , Billing Services, Practice Management) Experience with large VAR’s and Systems Integrators You will be responsible for working with cross functional business partners and Change Healthcare teams, build and drive analytics business plans which serve as blueprints for a partner’s growth Strong proficiency with Excel Salesforce or similar CRM experience required Strong Analytical skill set What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

Strong executive presence and leadership skills Demonstrated ability to drive strong relationships with senior level C executives Provider Channel development, management and/or sales experience is preferred Strong motivational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent people and influencing skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team and navigate enterprise politics and matrixed relationships Professional presentation skills Proficient use of Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, Teams and/or WebEx Ability to author original text including detailed sales forecasts, strategy planning documents and customer presentations, proposals Meets/exceeds CHC functional/technical depth and complexity What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

General office demands How much should I expect to travel?

Territory: Nationwide -Willing to travel 50-75% of the time as needed Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
