Responsible for all catering, from booking to execution from the time a contract becomes definite to execution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be extremely detail oriented and organized
Establish and maintain rapport with clients, prior to, during and post event, exceeding their expectations and encouraging repeat business
Strong computer skills
