Cargo Sales Coordination (Entry Level)

This position will represent Japan Airlines (JAL) in its cargo operations at Los Angeles International Airport by providing inside sales and booking reservations to all of Los Angeles cargo operations.

The selected candidate will be expected to perform various customer service functions as needed and secure cargo allocations for potential cargo business.

They will work closely with outside sales staff to maintain and establish new accounts for the cargo department.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must obtain and maintain SIDA badge with CBP hologram

Must pass US Postal Service background check
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in MS office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Ability to work independently and or as a member of a team.
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Detail-oriented to check and input accounting data.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the air cargo industry preferred
Knowledge of TSA, CBP/AMS regulations preferred
