The primary responsibilities of this position are focused on contacting current retailers whose purchases are at relatively low levels and significantly increasing the sales volume with each of them.
Responsibilities Engage in daily telephonic and electronic communications with designated customers to build relationships and sales.
Provide ongoing analyses and updates to management regarding the status of calls and sales with each designated customer.
Work with Customer Care Team to ensure appropriate support for increased customer purchases.
Carry out sales administration functions as requested by management, including sales reports, making appointments, and conducting sales-related research.
Requirements At least two years of telephone sales/customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing.
High level of energy, drive, persistence, and resilience.
Outgoing, engaging, friendly, and team-oriented.
Strong goal orientation and ability to multi-task.
High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
College degree preferred.
