As the Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring superior customer service, as well as building relationships with Sales team.

You will be expected to support the Sales Organization in all elements of Sales; including but not limited to processing orders, item set up and customer maintenance, website management, preparing administrative correspondences, supporting quotes, planograms, samples and reporting order status, and statistics of sales revenue to management.

Responsibilities: Order Processing Process orders and resolve issues immediately prior to the first ship date Website Management Item Set up and Customer Website Management.

Complete all Customer related item information on spreadsheets and/or portals online for warehouse and e-commerce accounts.

Administrative/Customer Relations Support and Maintain Customer Vendor Agreements, completion of forms, and requesting annual Certificate of Insurance documents.

Provide Sales with sell sheets for presentations by season as needed Provide Sales Reps and Customers with images (hi/low res), CDs for websites, and buyer requests.

Maintain knowledge of customer terms (i.E.

discounts, payment terms, etc.) with all relevant changes.

Follow up potential customer claims and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.

Create invoice and estimate requests and send them to customers.

Job Requirements:Qualifications: College Degree Preferred 1 year of Sales Administration/Sales Support experience preferred.

Exceptional planning and organizational skills to manage all projects.

Excellent professional oral and written communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
