Responsibilities of the Business Process Consultant: Review, analyze, and develop solutions for business processes Identify and quantify the business impact of those solutions Support all functions related to enterprise business support and/or project implementations Work across multiple departments for analysis and development of all business processes and/or requirements Propose a variety of process solutions for business issues/problems using analysis tools Capture enterprise goals that provide traceability through the organization and are mapped to metrics Initiate continuous improvement through oversight, planning, value stream mapping, and project facilitation Requirements of the Business Process Consultant: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; or Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager; or, Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry Hands-on experience leveraging business process analysis tools, techniques, and documentation for current and future states Demonstrated ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected business information and articulate their relevance to the organization Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, including visualizations Strong data/financial analysis and modeling skills Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork skills Lean certification or ability to obtain Keywords: Business Process Consultant, Business Process Improvement, Data Modeling, Financial Analysis, Future State Planning Job ID: 353585
