ATI Nursing Education (atitesting.com) is the leading provider of online instruction, remediation, analytics, and consulting solutions for nursing programs. ATI Nursing is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team. The BDR is a remote position, near a major city within the West Region (CA, AZ, UT, NV, OR, WA, CO, MN, WI, NM, OK preferred states). The BDR is responsible for generating and qualifying leads that build pipeline for the sales organization. Individuals in the Business Development Representative (BDR) role may look to advance in the future into the Partner Support Specialist (PSS) or Client Executive (CE) Role.
Responsibilities
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Develop target prospect lists and execute cold outreach to leadership at targeted accounts
Contact prospective ATI clients through outbound cold calls and emails, as well as other targeted campaigns
Management of daily and weekly call and email targets to build a strong lead development pipeline
Articulate ATIs value proposition to decision makers to assess buying interest.
Achieve or exceed goal for calls/dials, emails, and prospect first meetings on a monthly basis.
Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of ATIs platform and technology and clearly articulate capabilities, advantages and differentiating value to prospective customers.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Generate qualified leads and set up sales meetings/calls between (prospective) clients and Client Executives.
Discover new leads through internet research, program/industry websites, etc.
Supporting ATI marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and marketing campaigns.
Report activity to the Client Executives, Directors, and RVP on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) basis
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree required
Minimum 2 years of experience at a business to business organization in an inside sales development or inside sales role preferred, but not required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools
Experience with CRM/D365
Skills & Abilities
Discipline to make numerous phone calls daily
Hunter mentality in seeking out new business opportunities
Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening and cold-calling.
Able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment
Ability to build strong relationships with prospects, customers, partners and employees
Ability to understand and successfully promote ATIs technical offerings and solution sets
Minimal travel, 10% or less annually
