Job Description

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Business Development Representative to join our sales team! Reporting to our Head of Operations, the Business Development Representative’s main responsibility will be to actively engage with primary care clinics, specialty clinics and hospital systems to drive adoption and sales of Cloud DX’s Remote Patient Monitoring Platform.

Driven by changes that COVID has highlighted in the delivery of services to patients, Virtual Care and remote monitoring is rapidly becoming standard of care for Chronic Disease Management, Post-surgical Monitoring, and Hospital Re-admission reduction programs. Cloud DX as a leading RPM platform is positioned to scale quickly into this expanding market.

If you have in-depth knowledge of the US Virtual Health and Remote Monitoring Market, competition, and experience driving outstanding sales results within the health care market, specifically selling SAAS and/or medical device products then we want to hear from you!

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs set forth by the Company, expand customer base
  • Convert Leads from our demand generation team to prospects.
  • Virtually demo Cloud DX platform and solutions to potential medical practices and systems.
  • Immediately take control of sales activity and drive results in the region while assisting in the development of the digital/virtual first sales process.
  • Constantly improve the sales process and workflow as an integral member of the Sales team. Present improvement ideas regularly to Senior Management.
  • Work with the demand generation/marketing team to develop lead programs and input on lead criterion resulting in meeting and exceeding KPIs for lead generation.
  • Understand the competitive landscape (strengths, weaknesses, pricing, benefits) and determine how to position Cloud DX to win. Identify and develop new leads while tracking information in the CRM.
  • Pull referrals from existing clients, other leads, and stakeholders.
  • Represent Cloud DX at various industry events (post-COVID).
  • Travel up to 35% of the time (post-COVID).

Who You Are

  • You have 2+ years of New Sales experience in a Med Device, Software (EHR/EMR), or SAAS environments.
  • You are highly driven and have a Track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving sales KPIs.
  • You are solution-oriented, you see opportunity where others see obstacles.
  • Process-minded and detail-oriented o High level of internal motivation and drive.
  • You have a proven track record of exceeding sales and lead conversion expectations.
  • You’ve built strong sales processes in the past.
  • You are a Self-starter who aligns with our values… you are a Daring, Compassionate Happy Warrior!
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
