We are a well-established marketing and publicity agency in the United States. We represent various clients from independent artists to celebrities and major consumer brands. We’re currently expanding and looking for someone to join us on a full-time basis.

Business Development Representative – Roles and responsibilities
Our Business Development Representatives perform different sales related duties in order to grow the company’s market and customer base. Form new client relationships and strengthen existing client relationships to forge new opportunities. Conduct high volume prospecting, qualify leads and meet monthly sales goals.

We’re looking for a hard-working, competitive and self-motivated individual who has exceeded already in similar roles and who want to grow their career in our fast-paced organization.

Skill set

  • Past work experience in a sales role
  • Past successful sales prospecting experience or a strong interest in a selling role
  • Conduct high volume prospecting (cold emailing and calls) for qualified leads (between 40 and 70 calls per day)
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Must be a great communicator
  • Be able to easily explain processes and how our campaigns work
  • Become an expert in new tools and inbound marketing
  • Write and present proposals to prospects on a ongoing basis
  • Communicate frequently with clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals
  • Bring positive energy and creative ideas to the team
  • Be a go-getter that works well independently
  • Willing to put in extra hours when needed
  • Exceptional closing skills
  • Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
  • Sharp focus and attention to detail
  • Courteous and professional in all correspondence
  • Timely and reliable

Requirements

  • Must have accredited college or university degree related to business and marketing
  • Tech-savvy preferably with using new apps in the cloud (Google Apps etc)
  • Willing to work Monday – Friday 9am-5pm, US Pacific Time (PST)
  • Committed, mature and can become an integral part of the company for long-term
  • Stay up-to-date with all of our products/services, plans and special offerings
  • Some travel may be required
  • Must attend weekly meetings at the office
  • Willing to put in extra hours when needed
