Business Development Representative

Exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, results-oriented, sales professional to join our dynamic company. The Account Executive will work alongside industry experts, develop relationships and build their own book of business while providing superior client service to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive new business by developing and maintaining relationships with underwriters and agents
  • Follow-up with brokers and agents on all quotes to ensure new business
  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
  • Selling our finance services
  • Build networks through attending trade shows, agency visits, and special events
  • Calling broker/agents on renewal business
  • Maintain product and industry knowledge to provide professional service to brokers and agents
  • Cross-sell other company solutions to existing clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of sales and cold calling experience
  • Ability to develop key client, agency, and industry relationships at all levels
  • Excellent customer service and relationship skills
  • Possess the ability to multitask and successfully prioritize assignments based on deadlines
  • Extremely organized and proactive
