Benevity: Sales Enablement Coach

Benevity is seeking a passionate, highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Coach to join our fast-paced SaaS business to bring best-in-class technology to a growing market of companies who want to infuse their brands with more purpose.

The Sales Enablement Coach will be a key member of our Enablement team and strategy with a focus on supporting our high-performing Sales, Pre-Sales, Business Development and Client Success functions.

As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for driving our sales strategy, process and overall sales enablement programs.

You will also help to continually improve the practices and content that our teams use to serve our clients.

Your previous sales and coaching experience will help deliver and coach to improve win rates, market share and pipeline creation.

Our ideal team member will be passionate about developing training, certifications and delivering programs that help our client-facing teams succeed.

You will bring innovation and creativity as well as leading edge learning best practices to the teams.

You will collect feedback on areas of potential improvement and work cross-functionally to rapidly close any identified gaps.

This role will coach our most tenured sales team members and help them achieve and exceed their sales goals and grow their craft and expertise.

Responsibilities:Work alongside Sales and GTM Leaders to drive the strategic direction and execution for Benevity’s sales and client-facing roles.Conduct regular/ongoing training sessions for Benevity’s client facing teams.Train, operationalize, reinforce and drive adoption of our sales messaging, process and planning programs.Develop sales “playbooks” including competitive selling tactics.Collaborate with marketing and client teams to leverage success stories and references for sales messaging.Work cross functionally to improve existing content, and create new content as required, including but not limited to documentation, training materials, recorded training sessions, automation, gamification and certifications.Coordinate, create and deliver content to teams at annual sales meetings and other internal events as required.Measure, track, and report on training effectiveness.Partner with sales leadership to identify knowledge and skill gaps across the field team.Prepare training material and deploy training to targeted audiences.Provide follow-up coaching and mentoring to Sales teams at all levels.

Experience and Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 7+ years of training/sales enablement, customer engagement management or consulting experience requiredPrevious Enterprise sales / sales leadership experience requiredExperience with course development in a SaaS environment and/or corporate software training and a passion for building program content and converting to online learning and training simulationsExcellent presentation and verbal skills with technical, non-technical, end-user, and executive audiencesWorking knowledge of Content Management and Learning Management systems, including curating of assetsFamiliarity with formal sales methodologies such as ValueSelling, Challenger Sales, and Power MessagingProactive, self-motivated, and self-directed; able to drive deliverables and results which involve teams that do not directly report to youExperience with Sales, Learning and Enablement tools, including but not limited to Articulate Litmos, Salesforce.Com, Discover Org, Loopio, OutreachLeadership and management experience an added bonus!Experience in the Non-Profit or CSR industries preferred.What you can expectA once-in-a-career opportunity to join a mission-driven company on a growth trajectory in a unique, ultra-engaged culture.Join a team of innovative thinkers, keen to be part of a growing and well-funded company that is all about helping businesses create innovative corporate and workplace giving and other Goodness programs.Work in a fast-paced yet flexible environment for a dynamic, rapidly growing company with a history of proven success and stunning colleagues.
